While We're Waiting

I love the song by John Waller "While I'm Waiting"(listen to it on the right). I think most everybody is in a situation of waiting. Right now, Jeruid and I are waiting for a number of things

...for the next time I will see my parents(they live on the other side of the world)

...for certain friends and family to become Christians

...for vacation : )

...for God to bless us with a baby

...etc

What we do with that time of waiting is important. I love the quote by Jim Elliot,

"Wherever you are, be all

there. Live to the hilt every
situation you believe to
be the will of God."

It is so easy for me to be discouraged with my situation, and I need to be reminded daily that God has me here for a reason. His plan is always perfect. Let us worship while we are waiting!
