The Shoemaker's always make their own fireworks by lighting steel wool on fire and spinning it. The design it makes absolutely beautiful. The person spinning the wool has to wear old clothes because of all the sparks flying off in every direction. These "fireworks" get bigger the faster you spin them. We also had some fun with sparklers. Elijah enjoyed staring at all the bright lights!
I think that people here would wear flip-flops and a tank top if they did this.
